Just over a year ago we launched our Sustainability Hub, our central resource for Kent's tourism businesses on all things sustainability, including a suite of resources and our new Impact Heroes programme. Since then we’ve made great progress on our sustainability journey and we're thrilled to release our very first annual report, marking our one year anniversary and providing a deeper insight into how Kent as a county is progressing towards sustainability.
The report largely mirrors our Sustainability Tourism Action Plan which centers around the three pillars of climate, nature and community. Throughout each of these sections, we’ve included our own progress, highlighted relevant Impact Heroes and featured a number of case studies from leading Kent businesses and key partnerships.
As a bonus we’ve also included our goals that we’ll focus on for the upcoming year before our 2025 report comes around.
